Grove Custom Home Builders LLC will work with you to explore the options of what you are looking for to build a home. We don't require a deposit until we have started any actual processes that may require us to work with the draftsman to edit our plans and or begin the process of finalizing specs for your build once you have signed an approval on your home bid. 

Yes, Grove Custom Home Builders LLC has many single story and two story plans available for you to review and choose from ; AND we can work with a draftsman to make changes if you needed to customize the plans to fit your needs. 

Typically the process from excavation (foundation dig) to handing over the keys is about 6-8 months. That is all dependent on the processes such as ; if you already have a lot purchased and developed , whether there is requirements for utilities such as septic / well service, the build would be determined on permitting and weather along with availability of subcontractors. 

First we will meet with you to discuss where and what your home build would require. 

1.WHERE are you wanting to build? We can help you explore areas and discuss options and get you in contact with a local Realtor that can help you with locating your ideal location to build, where to find resources for construction loans and help in the processes related to selling your current home if necessary. 

2. WHAT is your ideal home? We will sit down with you and show you examples and when possible walk you thru one or more of our current in process homes so you can see and feel for yourself how we build and ask any questions you might have about the processes. 

3. PLANNING: the planning stage is a series of several meetings in person / zoom or phone where we will include discussions on price, features, blue print review and editing along with detailed specifications room by room while we review the blue print one on one to ensure that we are all on the same page for final specs (specifications) and design. 

4. IMPLEMENTATION : Once we have finalized all specs, blueprints and signed off on the final contract we now begin the build process. During this process we will implement all the specs discussed and the blue print into a BUILD BOARD (Grove Custom Home Builder's client site accessible by you) this feature will allow you and your builder to share ideas and selections during your build. It's a great way to visualize the home as it's coming together. 

5. BUILDING YOUR HOME : Grove Custom Home Builders will complete your home and hand over keys after final walk thru and Home Owner final acceptance. :)
